Hello!
March is apon us and it will soon be time to go to Halsway again - I'm quite excited and nearly prepared! Filming and recording is currently on a bit of a hiatus as we're having roof work done, exactly above where I film/record. Fingers crossed it doesn't last too long! But if it does I might have to decamp somewhere else! My videos in the last month have been edited without green screen masking - so in these videos you're seeing exactly what the room looks like! The mask will be reapplied soon as I have plenty of work to do for World Nyckelharpa Day!
So what's new?
I added a tune called Kilderkin on nyckelharpa, it's one of my change tune challenges. If you're a dancer can you get the dance without looking at the answer? I've added a new waltz named for our friend Liam called - Waltz for Liam. Now that my "Book of Favourite Swedish Tunes" is out I'm adding the final few lessons. So this week I've added Brudmarsch efter Axel Inge and Brännvinspolska efter Lorens Brolin.
I added a version of Grendel's Polska for Tagelharpa in DADA.
We had our first Symmetry March Dance on Sunday night with Sharon and that video is now ready for watching and or playing again.
Miss Bedfords Waltz from our Rose Ball album now has a lesson for the flute attached to it! Just one tune left and I've finished the lessons for the album. One tune got left out when I thought I'd done them all. So I hope to get that done soon!
I have other things that I want to add to this update - but it's time for me to send it!
