This happens from time to time. Strings will stretch over time and you'll find that you've screwed in the fine tuners to raise the pitch so much that you've run out of fine tuner! All you have to do is to screw them out (flatten the note) and then tune it at the other end on the big tuning pegs. It's not scary. I've made a video showing me doing just this.
